so hey tumblr pagans, what does one do when different people give entirely contradictory UPG accounts?

discuss.

Honestly, I take my own UPG with a grain of salt. If I can’t explain or I can’t disprove my ownself, then I am okay with it….

If it does, then to me? It’s not a ‘real’ UPG. A UPG is something that regardless of criticism stands up to it. 

But people change and their beliefs change. And people are going to believe whatever they want even if it doesn’t make sense. That’s part of faith, isn’t it?

I didn’t clearly think out my opinions as I’m still forming it. I waver. Change my mind?

See a UPG, for me, only changes when it is ‘updated’ so to speak. Otherwise it’s a new UPG with new constraints. 

Does that make it more confusing?

Nope. I like how you’ve worded it.

I’m gonna haul out some books to research this topic more.
