A quick shot of some of the shit I gathered this weekend at Fort Adams in Newport, RI. A few pretty shells, some rocks, and water. What I’ll do with it I don’t know yet.

You can’t tell in the photo but those black rocks have specks of… shiny. I don’t know what exactly but it is gold-toned.
Very scientific I know. Despite my desire to, I don’t know shit about rocks. I passed my geology 101 class but that’s only because the entire 200+ lecture rebelled against the professor. No, really. The professor had to back down and rewrite the midterm because he took shit out of the book we never read and he had us buy but never assigned. We were fucking rebels. That class had other problems too. Like big problems. And us rebelling was not one of them.

Don’t think so. The professor backed down I think because he had an entire lecture hall yelling at him. Because we all failed the midterm which I didn’t take because instead of taking the midterm I accidentally crossed the hedge and wandered aimlessly around campus trying to find my lecture hall because he was pulling information from the book we hadn’t read. I think he just didn’t want to deal with the political bullshit. Poor guy. It was never spoken off outside of class so nothing official ever became of it. This was five years or so back now. If it happened now? That shit would be all over tumblr.
